The premium FPR roof style is the most popular due to its Craftsman style roof panels and the true No Maintenance system. These panels lock together with a watertight seal like a traditional metal roof used on homes. This style has zero caulking on top of the panels to waterproof unlike the insulated. Based on our 12+ years Experience and professional opinion this is the best type of patio to have based on the design and function.

 IRP patio covers have the flat style roof look to them providing you with a modern sleek look especially in smooth finish. The IRP insulated patio covers can provide a slight difference with heat transfer through the panel over a non-insulated FPR. The downside to an insulated patio is your roof will have to resealed every couple years due to the lock seam style that these panels come in.

 Lattice patio covers can be built in a variety of ways, including modern styles and also classic styles. A lattice can be built with the typical rafter look or as the typical modern rail and lattice style. These covers can bring light into the house but also provide shade. These covers can be designed with any percentage of shade to sun ratio that you like allowing you to be in control of your sun to shade intake.
